We have quality horses AND quality horse items for sale or lease. Not being wealthy people ourselves- but still having the "need" to have horses, we try to keep our prices very reasonable, so that everyday working people can afford and love a high quality horse without the high quality cost- our low prices on some very nice horses, in no way reflects their quality. We have and work with many different breeds of horses-registered and unregistered. We have unstarted horses, finished horses, young horses, older horses, companion horses and show horses and everything in between. All of horses are well taken care of and could even be called "spoiled". All horses for sale will have a clear title or Brand Inspection and records for farrier services, vaccination records and deworming records as well as an honest reference to their training and disposition. We are completely against unnecessary medicating such as leg/hock injections etc. so there will be no need to worry about that. We strongly believe that a horse is companion for life and will honestly tell you everything we can about the horse you are interested in without painting a false picture just to make a sale. We also try and support new horse enthusiasts who arent quite ready to make a purchase, by offering certain horses for lease, some horses are allowed to leave our facility, and go to a facility of your choice, upon approval and some stipulations, and some are required to stay with us on- site. Can be ridden bareback with just a halter and lead, schools in a snaffle, shows in a curb, can go from a standstill to a rocking horse lope with just a kiss without skipping a beat. This is a very well bred, very well built mare-suitable for larger riders or men. Not too tall and built like a tank- close to 1300lbs but still has alot of get up and go- needs experienced rider to finish her out. Rosie has the looks, athleticism and conformation to make a great all around Working Western horse, from gymkhana to cattle or pleasure to show then breed her with her great bloodlines and build and have some awesome babies- she boasts an impressive pedigree with such names as Skipper W, Leo and Jet Set. RILEY- This is a very nice, stout, over 16 hand bay gelding, some Dressage training, some jumping, lots of arena work- took blues in open shows this summer with an 11 yr old beginner on board. Very smooth,easy way of going. Riley is an older gentleman at 21, but dont let his age fool you- he is just well seasoned- good for intermediate rider as he still has plenty of pep- healthy and up to date on everything.
